Collection and processing of your data

The protection of your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find detailed information on how we handle your data. You can visit our website without providing any personal information. If you wish to make purchases, subscribe to our newsletter or use certain functions of our website, necessary personal data will be collected. We process your data exclusively for the purpose of executing the purchase contract. Therefore, your data will only be forwarded to authorized partners insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract and warranty obligations. Use our guest access for this and save yourself the trouble of setting a password. Note: For an order with a VAT number, full registration by creating a customer account is required. For this we need your name, address, contact details (e-mail address and telephone number) and a password. Your password is stored in encrypted form and cannot be viewed by us. We need your e-mail address and telephone number to contact you quickly if you have any questions or require information in connection with your order. Your telephone number will help us and our partners to contact you with important information regarding your delivery. If you have fully registered, you can always view all your orders and your saved master data in the online login. You can change your master data at any time. In the event of a legal regulation, an official order or an official investigation, we are legally obliged to make the respective data available to the authority. The Trustami trust seal is integrated on this website to display the collected ratings and social media feedback. This serves the implementation of our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer on our own website in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR. When you access the Trustami Trust Seal, the web server automatically saves data (access data) in the form of a server log file, which contains, for example, the date and time of access, your IP address in abbreviated form and the requesting provider. Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.
